Getting your Hana Beauty favourites to you quickly and safely is our priority! We partner with Australia Post for all our deliveries, shipping directly from our base in Sydney, Australia.

Standard Shipping
- Cost: $6.95 for all orders under $50. Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $50 and over!

Regional Areas: 4-9 business days
Remote Areas: 4-11 business days
Express Shipping
- Cost: $7.50 for all orders under $100. Enjoy FREE express shipping on orders $100 and over!

Please Note:
- Order Changes: Once an order is placed online, we process it quickly! While we'll always do our very best to help, we can't guarantee changes can be made after your order is confirmed.
- Free Shipping Thresholds: Please keep in mind that the purchase of gift cards or any service fees do not contribute towards the minimum spend required for free standard or express shipping.
- Delivery Estimates: The shipping times mentioned above are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather events or peak periods (like holidays). We appreciate your patience!
- Processing Location: All orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney, NSW. We observe all New South Wales public holidays, which may affect processing times.
Tracking your order
Once your Hana Beauty order has been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email directly from us, which will include your unique Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to follow your parcel's journey. (Sometimes these emails sneak into junk folders, so please check there too!)
Lost or damaged goods
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely, but if something goes wrong and your order is lost or damaged during transit, please don't worry. Get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible at info@hanabeauty.com.au, providing your order details, and we'll be happy to assist you.
