How it works

  1. Once you qualify, we'll reach out with your unique referral code
  2. Share it with a friend who hasn't ordered from HANA before
  3. They enter the code at checkout
  4. Once their order is fulfilled, your store credit is applied to your account within 14 days

Terms and conditions

  1. Participation in the HANA referral programme is by invitation. We will contact you directly when you become eligible.
  2. Referral codes are issued to eligible customers via email and are unique to each account.
  3. Referral codes can only be redeemed by customers who have not previously placed an order with HANA.
  4. Referral codes cannot be applied to the referring customer's own orders.
  5. A minimum order value of $65 must be met by the referred customer for store credit to be issued to the referring customer.
  6. Store credit will be issued to the referring customer 14 days after the referred order is fulfilled.
  7. If the referred order is refunded or cancelled before the 14 day period, store credit will not be issued.
  8. Store credit does not expire and holds no cash value. It cannot be transferred to another account.
  9. The referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
  10. Each order can only be counted as one referral, regardless of how many codes are applied.
  11. HANA reserves the right to void referral rewards where fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to self-referral or the use of the same delivery address across referrer and referee accounts.
  12. HANA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
