Directions for use

AM Routine
After your gentle cleanser, apply the Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water. Follow with a small, pea-sized amount of the Dr Jart+ Ceramidin Cream to moisturise (or your own lightweight AM cream if you prefer). As the final, non-negotiable step, always apply a high-SPF sunscreen.

PM Routine: Skin Cycling
After your double cleanse, apply the Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water. Then, alternate your nights:

Night A (Retinol): Apply the Innisfree Retinol Cica repair Ampoule. Wait 5-10 minutes, then apply the Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Cream as your protective buffer. (Note: Do not use this product, or any product in the retinoid family if you are pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant.)

Night B (Repair): Apply the numbuzin No. 9 NAD Bio Lifting-sil Essence. Finish by applying the Dr Jart+ Ceramidin Cream as your sealing layer.

Continue alternating Night A and Night B.

Pro tip: This is a high-performance routine! We recommend starting the Innisfree Retinol last (after you've introduced the other products), using it only twice a week on your 'Night A' and using the 'Night B' routine on all other nights. You can slowly build up your retinol frequency from there.
