Directions for use

AM Routine
Follow your existing AM routine. This must include a high-SPF sunscreen as the final step.

PM Routine
After you double cleanse, apply the Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner to damp skin. Follow with the Torriden Balanceful Cica Calming Serum to soothe. Apply the Innisfree Retinol Cica Repair Ampoule. (Note: Do not use this product, or any product in the retinoid family if you are pregnant, or attempting to become pregnant.) Finish by sealing everything in with the Dr Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Moisturising Cream.

Pro tip: Start slowly with the active. Use the Innisfree Retinol Cica Repair Ampoule only 2 nights per week (e.g., Mon/Thurs) for the first few weeks. If your skin feels comfortable, you can slowly increase to 3-4 nights per week for the best results.
