It can be so hard to find a cleanser that actually cleans oily skin without leaving it feeling tight and over-stripped. The Torriden Balanceful Cica Cleansing Gel absolutely nails this balance. The thin gel foams up nicely and uses gentle LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) to gently clear out pores and refine skin texture. It’s a true "staple" for our oily and combination skin community.

Now, let's talk about the "Cica" in the name. While this cleanser does contain a soothing 5D Cica Complex, we do not recommend it for truly sensitive or dry skin. It has a strong, herbal scent and contains Rosemary Leaf Oil, which many users with sensitive skin have found irritating. But for its ideal user, someone with oily, combination, or acne-prone skin, this is a fantastic, effective, and perfectly balanced daily cleanser.

Star ingredients

• 5-Cica Complex (also known as Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, and Centella Asiatica): A powerful, synergistic blend of key compounds derived from Centella Asiatica. This complex delivers potent soothing care, helping to calm the appearance of redness and provide comfort to irritated or sensitised skin for a balanced, healthy-looking complexion.
• Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (also known as LHA): A gentle, oil-soluble derivative of salicylic acid. It works to exfoliate the skin's surface and deep within pores to refine the look of skin texture and clarify congested skin, with a lower potential for irritation.
• Panthenol (also known as Pro-vitamin B5): A fantastic humectant that draws moisture into the skin. It also has powerful soothing and skin-conditioning abilities. The combination of moisturising and supporting the skin makes it great for skin that needs a little loving.
• Ceramide NP: A skin-identical lipid that is a vital component of the skin's natural moisture barrier. It works by reinforcing the skin's surface, helping to lock in moisture and protect against dryness for a comfortable, resilient-feeling complexion.
