Start with a clean and completely dry face. Do not apply any skincare like toners or moisturisers on the troubled spot before the patch. Peel a patch from the backing film and choose a size slightly larger than the blemish. Gently press the patch over the pimple, ensuring it adheres well. Leave it on, ideally overnight or throughout the day. Once it turns white and swells with absorbed impurities, carefully peel off to remove.
Pro tip: Apply a patch as soon as you feel a pimple forming or on a whitehead that has surfaced for best results. Change it when it turns opaque white, indicating it has absorbed the gunk!
